Stephanie not only is our realtor, but she is also one of my closest friends. In the last couple of years she has helped us buy two houses, and has also sold a piece of land for us. Steph did a wonderful job under less the desirable cirecomstances, i.e. her in calif and me in colo. i had only visited the place that i bought once, so a i relied on Steph a lot more then usual. to keep me not only in the loop, but on top of all the daily changes regarding physical items being moved or changed and the need to have documents signed over the internet with me being a novice as far as the computer is concered. this sale would not have happened with out the efforts of Stephanie Destatte. thank you Steph!!

I was a first time homebuyer and didn’t understand all the intricacies that went into purchasing a home. When I saw a listing for a condo in Belmont Shores near the beach, I reached out to Kathrin and asked her if I could get a viewing of the place. Even though she was out of town at the time, she reached out to a colleague who coordinated a viewing of the place with listing agent the very next day. When I wanted to make an offer on the condo, she was able to recommend a lender who pre-approved me for a loan within a couple of days. Kathrin and the lender were both instrumental in making sure the offer was submitted quickly and offered suggestions about how to make my offer to the seller more attractive. Their hard work paid off as the seller accepted my offer within a couple of days. When I was having difficulty getting a quote for condo insurance, Kathrin was able to recommend an insurance broker who helped me immediately. I would have never been able to do this without the help of Kathrin and her contacts, and for that, I’m extremely grateful.

I’ve coined the phrase “It’s not real estate with her, it’s Christine-Estate”! Because she made the sale of our home beyond anything any other realtor could! I’ve read her previous stellar reviews and found myself saying “Yup!” And, “Yes, that too!” And, “She sure did!” I’ll tell you what it is about Christine. Her penchant for being genuine! I see how she makes every seller or buyer feel the way she does! It’s her ability to juggle all aspects, fix any issue, and draw from a her own wealth of knowledge as well as others she surrounds herself with. And also, all the while making you feel like you’re her ONLY client. My husband and I are 100% sure, that without her, our outcome wouldn’t have been as beneficial as it was for us.
