Melita is very knowledgeable in real-estate. We would have sold our place at a substantial loss but, thanks to Melita's foresight, we held off and waited for the market to go up. Short wait. Especially when compared against increased profit we made. Melita went way out of her way to ensure our place was market ready. She advised us on all improvements we should make to increase value making it show ready. While going through negotiations with potential buyers, she steered us correctly and escrow was as easy as it could be. Even months after sale had closed, Melita was still there supporting/ answering any and all questions we had.
