Where do I even begin! ISELA is AMAZING! She is the most calm, cool and collected realtor I have ever worked with- and I have worked with a few trying to find the right fit for my home finding needs. She went above and beyond from the start meeting with me in person to get all the information she needed while also getting to know me and my family. After finding me the perfect home and she showered me with a bottle of champagne and some meaningful gifts after we closed. She really thinks of all the small details along the way to make you feel like a million bucks! After 10 months of living in my home, I decided to sell and of course I had to use my girl ISELA! She had my home sold for over 70k more than what I bought it for. How did she do it you ask!? Well she had the most amazing cleaning and home staging crew come in, had amazing videography and pictures taken and of course used her social media presence to market the home to the fullest potential! We met Lucy at a open house and she took her time introducing herself, giving a glimpse into the current housing market, and getting to know us. Throughout our journey with her she showed nothing but patience despite dealing with a party of six. She kept us informed, alerted us of any new updates, and was always ready to answer our questions via email or phone. Once we finally found our house, she pushed and hustled her way through all of the vendors / parties involved and we were finally able to close. Although the competition is high, she never made us lose hope and was always there for support.
