Nubia was very diligent and detailed when helping us look for our first home. She’s a great listener and does not push anything on you. When it came to finally buying our home she went into detail as to where every dollar was going to and gave a pretty accurate estimate of what to expect our mortgage to be. She is a great negotiator and even got the buyer to help us a lot when she was not obligated to do so. My family was very impressed by the level of service she provided.
