Sam went above and beyond in every aspect of our transaction. We live out of state and needed to quickly market and sell my father in law's house due to his admission to a hospice home. He sent a notary to the hospital, he and his wife helped us clean the house, donate clothes, move furniture, hire repair people etc. and the list goes on. His care, professionalism, attention to detail, availability to take phone calls beyond normal business hours was exceptional as we managed through this emotional and time consuming transaction. Nubia was very diligent and detailed when helping us look for our first home. She’s a great listener and does not push anything on you. When it came to finally buying our home she went into detail as to where every dollar was going to and gave a pretty accurate estimate of what to expect our mortgage to be. She is a great negotiator and even got the buyer to help us a lot when she was not obligated to do so. My family was very impressed by the level of service she provided.
