Claire was my seller's agent in a tricky and time sensitive situation. She and her team are great -- diligent, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, committed, and caring. Claire knows the area well, does her research to make suggestions, listens to other ideas, and collaborates to get to the best result. She is a hard worker and doesn't shy away from doing the big and little things that a sale requires (with a remote seller and during a pandemic!) to get the job done. Based on my experience with her, I also think she'd be a terrific buyer's agent because she cares so much about helping the client get to the right place. Jan is phenomenal. She has a ton of expertise and is able to guide anyone through the entire buying/selling process. I first worked with her nearly 9 years ago when I purchased my first home. Laurie went well above our expectations as a real estate agent. Not only did she prepare a winning circular and fact book for our home including necessary info like phone numbers for trash, electric, gas, etc. , she listed comparable homes that had as many of the features that our home did. Laurie worked with us front listing to closing in many ways, she identified small items that I overlooked and gave us ideas on improving the yard and home before the photographer took pictures for the listing. Laurie even assisted in some of the cleaning
