Monica did an excellent job on completing touchup renovation details for me due to me having to go back home to another state. Her finished work was beautifully done. The photos of the house showed the room structures and flow of the rooms from one room to another very masterfully. The house description on line brought in five(5) offers and a signed contract in four(4) days with a price much higher than my expectations. Monica also sold another house for me in 2019 within 14 days and at a higher price than was listed. She gives great advice on what improvements should be made in order to get your house sold.
