We got our dream home!
Alonna took her time and listened to everything we wanted. She also gave us advice and answered all the questions we had. We started out thinking we would get a fuxer upper but ended up going the new construction route instead. Alonna was there for us every step of the way. She attended walk throughs and even listened when I had decor questions! She's an amazing realtor and treats all her clients like family. You'd be crazy to go to anyone else. Thanks for all your help and support with getting our home, Alonna!

Wonderful and Delightful
We truly enjoyed our experience with Alonna, seeing as though we are a couple that can be very demanding. She was flexible and gave us the best input to make the right decisions. She was accommodating to our busy schedule and even though the current market is crazy right now, we feel confident that she will help us find our dream home now that she has helped us sell our previous property.

Raw Land Purchase
Dawn Is very a knowledgeable agent in the Baltimore area, I had a good experience working with her. One of the things I I admire about Dawn is she tells you the truth and not what you want to hear, which in turn, tells me she has the best interest of her clients at heart. She takes the time to truly understand what the client is looking for to diligently and patiently find her clients what they are looking for. If you need a good agent in the Baltimore area .....use Dawn Lemon.

Knowledgeable and Persistent
Alonna was great to work with! She proved to have a great understanding of the market and exceeded expectations. Alonna was able to have my property under contract in 72 hours evaluating multiple offers with different loan types informing me of the pros and cons of each offer. Job well done!

She's a tough negotiator with a confident poise.
She keep the transaction on track. It was her professionalism that permitted our transaction to close before the contracted 30 day time-line!
