I had a home in oceanside which was not selling. The Carellas team stepped in and helped me. They suggested color changes and had it painted for me since I live out of state. Light fixtures were modernized, courtyard updated and landscaping improvements. The pictures they showed me made it look like it was a modern clean different home. The reviews from the buyers were much kinder than before. The staging helped tremendously The house went to contract and the team made it so easy. There was constant communication with me and I felt so very comfortable with the team all the way through the transaction. Definetely the team you want working for you! My partner and I were looking for our first home together but we didn't know where to start. We contacted Sandy and we had our first meeting to discuss the process and all the documents needed to start. Sandy is very detailed and informative. She knows the process thoroughly and answers all questions. She also gets to know her customers well, to ensure she helps find the right home for you. Once we started looking for homes, Sandy was always ahead of the game. Contacting seller’s agents quickly and effectively to make sure we are able to search for our home. She went to open houses with us and also made appointments to those homes who didn’t have an open house. She’s a wonderful agent and one who will always be there when you need her. She is always a text or call away and will respond to your text messages at all times of the day; late at night and early morning. I began to think she didn’t sleep. Lol We closed on August 1, 2022 and although the process was stressful, Sandy was reassuring and helpful during it. Even after closing, she’s communicating with us to ensure we are well and to answer questions we may have.
