Where do we begin? My wife and I had been looking for the perfect first home in the LA/OC area for over 2 years. We started with one agent, who just wasn't cutting it and had dragged the process out for years. That's when we found Michelle, and we learned what a *true* real estate agent is like. Michelle was so patient and informative during home tours. She taught us a ton about the home-buying process, mortgages, homeownership, etc. She's an expert on it all. She helped us hone in on what was important to us in a house. And she learned what types of homes we were looking for. She found us one that we loved within just a couple of weeks (in a really tight market!).
