Honestly 10 stars out of 5. Devon has helped me sell my parents house, my sister buy her house, and now helped me by my DREAM home!! Devon worked so hard within my budget to look into places I was interested in and not only did the leg work for that but also was available to respond quickly and enthusiastically to anything and everything. When I finally landed my amazing forever home (this market is tough and I have been picky, Devon was forever patient and not pushy) she assisted the closing process beautifully and was there to cheer with me when I got my keys! Kim did a fantastic job from first contact to seeing how the move went. And the whole time Kim was proactive with communication. She helped us connect with a lender and worked with us our time frame changed. When we were finally ready, she made a quick and easy tour schedule. She provided feedback on features of houses that may not be what we thought they were at first glance. She guided us through the offer stage. She knows her stuff and helped make sure our offer was accepted. And she had all the contacts for inspection, side sewer, and appraisers on hand.
