It took time and persistence to find a tenant who would appreciate the charm of a century old cottage style house with all its limitations such as no ground level entry, no central A/C, small kitchen, shower stall only, and detached garage. Paul did it, even with my insistence of "no pets". He also suggested minor changes to make the house more attractive. Thanks again Paul. Your time and persistence made it happen.

Nate did an excellent job from start to finish with helping us decide what we were looking for in all aspects of our home. Nate was knowledgeable throughout the entire process and very patient with explaining each step of the way so that we felt comfortable from start to finish. Nate is very well connected with lenders, inspectors and contractors so it was a one-stop shop to manage the entire process. Our first home we were up against ten other offers and we came home with the keys so he has been repeatedly exceptional. 10/10 would recommend.
