Sabrina was wonderful and very patient. I literally took her all over northeastern, Pennsylvania from Souderton to Lansdale to Hatboro and more until we found our perfect house. I was picky about everything. Sabrina would point out things in a home I didn't even notice. She was with me every step of the way at settlement and leading up to it and was always accessible. As soon as I contacted her she contacted me back and time day or night. I didn't think she sleeps lol. I highly recommend contacting Sabrina for your next home.

We hired Mr. Kucharik to sell my mother's home on the east side of Allentown. As a Realtor, Eric is professional, knowledgeable, well organized and skilled in his craft. As a man, he is friendly, courteous, helpful and kind. He knows market conditions very well. He provided suggestions for making corrections to the home in order to have it more easily sell, and provided contractors from whom I could choose to perform the work. Eric provided clear and concise answers to every question that I posed. The sales price he established for the house was reasonable and accurate for the location. His process for selling the home was innovative and provided success on a very timely basis. He worked hard to secure qualified buyers and assisted my mother greatly in the selection process of the successful buyer, on terms that she could accept. The closing was timely and went very smoothly with few questions. David has been great to work with. As a first-time home buyer, he helped us navigate the complex home buying process and never made us feel pressured or rushed. Cheryl helped me sell my old home and find a new one. I had particular requirements for buying the new house. Cheryl made me feel comfortable the whole way. Looking at several homes until we found the right one. She was extremely dedicated and keep me updated through out the whole process.
