When I met David I just stopped in to see an open house he was holding. He was engaging and knowledgeable. So, when I found a property that I wanted to see I called him. He was immediately responsive and scheduled a showing. When I decided I was interested I asked for a second showing and he immediately set it up. The property was unique so, he arranged to have the seller available to answer any questions about the property and dwellings I had. He made the process easy and painless. He then assisted in the listing and selling of the property I was moving from. He provided clear and concise advise on what would help in making the property sell quickly. Boy was he ever right! The property listed and was off the market in three (3) days! I was stunned and very happy! Overall, David has been a huge asset in both the purchase and selling of my homes and could not have asked for anything more. He is top notch and I highly recommend using him for your buying or selling needs.
