Gary has been my agent for buying and selling two homes now. He is an absolutely fantastic agent. He really does it all. He’s extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate process and extremely diligent throughout the whole process. I personally tend to ask a lot of questions and like to plan ahead, which Gary is more than accommodating to. Questions are always thoroughly answered and there’s always a next step. You never have to wonder what’s going on because Gary is so forthcoming. He’s always prepared, has great contacts (inspectors, contractors, etc.) and is always willing to help. He’s such a hard worker, a great mediator, always goes to bat for his clients and just an all around awesome guy. I can’t recommend him enough.
