Gary has been my agent for buying and selling two homes now. He is an absolutely fantastic agent. He really does it all. He’s extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate process and extremely diligent throughout the whole process. I personally tend to ask a lot of questions and like to plan ahead, which Gary is more than accommodating to. Questions are always thoroughly answered and there’s always a next step. You never have to wonder what’s going on because Gary is so forthcoming. He’s always prepared, has great contacts (inspectors, contractors, etc.) and is always willing to help. He’s such a hard worker, a great mediator, always goes to bat for his clients and just an all around awesome guy. I can’t recommend him enough.

I met Gary when he had sold a home two doors up from me in the fall. I wrote his name down to contact when I was ready. He listed another home on my street then two months later I called him and listed with him. He gave me good guidance for preparing my home for sale and I followed his direction. I ended up selling my home in a day to just the right buyers and made way over asking price. Then he found me a realtor in Myrtle Beach who I bought my home from there. Everything went swiftly and seamlessly with both transactions and I was thrilled. I wanted to share my recent experience of selling my home. My Real Estate Agent, Cheryl Anton, is top- notch and I was blessed to have had her to guide me all the way to settlement. Cheryl always checked on me weekly to see how things were going. She understood it was not easy for me to sell the house that my husband had designed with the input of our daughter and myself. We had lived there almost 19 years and was also blessed to have had caring neighbors in a great location of Doylestown. When I felt overwhelmed about prepping for open house, selling and donating items, she was there to boost my spirit. Then, there was all the paperwork and she was always available to answer any questions and to give guidance. If I hit a snag when repairs were needed, Cheryl always came through with a choice of names that I could contact. I always knew that Cheryl is a caring person, but never expected the “above and beyond” devotion she gives to her job and clients. Now that settlement is completed, she still checks on me to see how I am doing in the transition of independent living. Not only is she a knowledgeable and devoted agent, but a good human being. I told Cheryl Anton years ago that I would use her services some day when the time was right to sell, with the market and interest rates so good I told her if she found a buyer we would consider selling. So she found a perspective buyer, the price was right the timing was good and the deal was done! Did'nt have to do a thing other than sign documents that were all done over the computer and pick up a check. Wish I had more properties to sell! I would highly recomend Cheryl to anyone.
