She has treated my family like her own, which is the opposite of the previous times I've dealt with agents and realtors. Ok...you can see Eric's last name, compare to mine and you get the picture of how we know each other. Regardless, Eric was a total professional unlike John Travolta's character in that movie Face Off...you know, the one where they take each other's faces off? His efficiency and work ethic was on par with the T-800, without all the anger and "kill all humans" portions. He really did get maximum value for my house and answered all of my questions with ease. His team is a amazing too, the guy who took pictures of my house was so good that I was considering trading Eric in for him as my new brother. NEEDLESS to say, you really should use Eric, it's hard to understate how truly good he is at his job, if Owen Wilson were to review Eric it really would just be one word long, "Wow".

So I’ll start by saying that I’m a nurse, who was buying a house in a super stressful market while navigating crazy work schedules and a toddler. I came across the neighborhood I wanted to live in and Gary was our guy! I finally understood what everything meant as far as appraisal contingencies, what you could waive without being foolish, etc…. Because let’s face it, if you weren’t a cash buyer it was difficult. He knew what to look for in the homes, How to “act quickly” and intelligently. It’s a huge process buying a house but we really needed someone who could help us look at how we could turn it into a home. Gary talked me off the ledge a couple times with some hiccups, he was always there to take my call. He was honest, direct, knowledgeable and that resulted in my drinking my coffee on our deck as I write this review! I know he has a good idea of this area and has sold a few homes on our street. He even followed up when his former clients called him to tell us our garage door was left open overnight. People (myself included) keep his number. Should we move again, I would want him to list our home and would love to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sale. We are truly grateful.
