Cheryl knew I would be interested because the utilities were included. Pointed out the lansdale train within walking distance. Local post office up the street. Town Center Shopping Center a block away. Said I could find part time job in the shopping center. I needed a new gp doctor so check out the offices behind the center. I liked Cheryl's rearranging her schedule to meet me for a tour. Her kind patience answering my questions, returning my calls and numerous texts from me. Walking me thru filling out the leases, etc forms over the phone.
