Hiring Tony turned out to be a great decision as I began to deal with the prospect of selling my MIL’s home. Because I live in a nearby state, there were so many issues I could not have anticipated and with Tony’s help the process became so much clearer and easier. His knowledge of the market, pricing and maintenance issues were invaluable. He went beyond his role whenever I sought his advice on issues like the time I had Tony and a locksmith at the house at the same time! When I first met Tony and toured the home his first comment was “great bones” looking at the exterior. As an Executor I had to interview other realtors but he impressed me the most and continued to do that along the way. He spent more time than others helping me understand the contract and the expectations as the home went on the market. I told Tony my time line “wish” and he not only made it happen but the closing also went perfectly. It was sad to say goodbye to someone who truly partnered with me and provided such care. This is an agent that will stay with you every step of the way and make your experience successful.

Tammy was very knowledgeable with market value and demand for housing in the area. In just a few days we had 72 showings, accepting an offer probably 4 days after listing. She was very professional, prompt and communication I couldn't ask for better! I heard from her every day, keeping me in the loop. Highly recommended, I never expected the house to be sold within a week of her coming out to see the house. Measuring and doing pictures.. and tada!
