Tony was great from start to finish! We were not dead set on a location he helped us narrow our search and find a property that fit our needs. We never felt pressured in the process. Tony was great with checking mechanical aspects of properties, attic, crawl spaces giving us a better idea of where we wanted to be on an offer. Can not say enough good things highly recommend Tony!

Tony put us into a new home in PA that suited us perfect and in a area ehere we eqntrd action but peaceful especially coming from NYC. I have been in Sales my whole life in tbis Real Estate Market with Tony you get no "High Pressure" sales tactics all Tony wants to do is get you into the home you love not him. Also a HUGE PLUS he knows if something is wrong in the home when he shows it to you because he is also a former construction union member. This is the broker you want plus you just might gain a GENUINE LOYAL FRIENDSHIP in return as well in this day and age that speaks HUGE VOLUMES.

This was Jen’s first experience at attending a house auction. We won the bid and Jen walked us through with all the paperwork. We had to do a sewer line inspection, which took extra time and multiple days to get it done but Jen took the time to be there at the house every time the plumber was there.

Kyle was so supportive. Although we had a nice house in a very desirable location, we also had a decor that was very specific to our tastes. After continuous feedback that it would require too much work, Kyle suggested a renovation based on his experience and market knowledge. We embarked on a renovation and relisted the house. In two weeks we had three offers and closed on one in a month. Kyle was not only knowledgable and professional, he was a caring, compassionate supporter that helped us through a difficult period as we aged and tried to relocate and downsize. Kyle was the best.
