We engaged Tony back in may after we spoke to our mortgage broker who recommended him. After a bad experience just over a year ago, we were very gun shy to do anything. Tony did everything to ensure we felt comfortable before even moving forward. Sending listings to ensure they met a certain checklist I had prior to looking. Few houses in and we had made an offer on a house. After dealing with a less than ethical sellers realtor, we ultimately lost the house, he didn’t quit. It wasn’t text messages that night but phones calls and reassurance that they right house was there and discouragement was something that was understood. We started looking again the next day. We finally found a house that met just about every want we had and we went from start to finish in 5 weeks. Tony checked in almost daily and made sure we were good and didn’t have questions. We didnt come out of the deal with just our dream home but with our dream team of people advocating for us and a new friend!
