Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and energetic. Walked this first time home seller through the process. He answered a ton of questions. We discussed what I could do to get the best dollar on the property. He pointed out items that needed to be fixed prior to listing and how to spend a little to get a lot back. Things were just seamless. He saw potential in the property and we started at considerably high asking that other realtors were offering. We had an offers the first day. Signed the papers shortly after and close quickly. A+++++

From the first time I met Teake I knew I would find the right house. His willingness to meet me anywhere anytime to look at a house was great. His knowledge of the area and construction gave me confidence that I would buy the right house. He was with me from start to finish and I couldn’t of done it without him.
