She handled all the paperwork, negotiations, and all the details of the transaction with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. She is a fierce advocate for your best interests, and will not recommend something for you unless she truly believes it is in your best interest. She also has a wonderful, very down-to-earth personality, and is very easy to work with. I was thoroughly impressed with Pam Young as my realtor, and I would never hesitate to work with her again. I've only worked with Pam as an agent and honestly I enjoyed the whole process. She was willing to help with anything she could and explained everything that we had questions about! Upon meeting Pam it was immediately evident she had the energy, work ethic and market knowledge to successfully sell our horse farm. There was not one instance where Pam was not prompt in returning my calls, answering questions and looking out for our best interest. She offered outstanding staging and marketing advice and her knowledge of the market was second to none. To further support her integrity and commitment to her clients, I still reach out to Pam for information and she responds every time as if I have a current listing with her. Selling a home is a stressful and complicated process. Pam's outstanding guidance, knowledge and approach to selling was the reason for the smooth successful sale of our home. Rebecca was the perfect agent for me in my home buying process. Her understanding of the current market was beneficial to me, she was able to show me several homes in my price range. Rebecca was very easy to get a hold of and accessible by either a phone conversation or text conversation along with necessary emails. She helped guide me through the whole bidding process as this was my first experience in buying a house. She was able to recommend various professionals, such as local inspectors, lawyers, contractors, and lenders. She was helpful in reaching out to these professionals on my behalf. His knowledge of the real estate business and experience made it easy for me to trust his guidance throughout the entire process, which was especially important since I had moved out of state prior to putting my house up for sale. Rebecca is incredibly kind and helpful. She was so accommodating to our schedules. She also was very helpful in finding a home in a really tough market. She had insight into the area and provided us with info for inspectors and contractors for repairs we wanted to do after the purchase. You won’t meet a nicer real estate agent then Rebecca.
