We were looking at a home, and our realtor was out of state, so Josh stepped in to help us. We liked him so much that we stayed with him through the process of finding a home and closing. He is very knowledgeable of the market, he looks out for her best interest when signing documents and advising us appropriately. He was always available when we called him with a question. Very pleasant person to work with!!! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Josh!!! He is a realtor that I would refer to absolutely anybody. I cannot thank Long enough for all of his efforts in getting our dream home acquired. From start to finish he was always there when I needed him, making sure all of my needs were met, questions were answered, and making the entire process a very smooth one indeed! This is my 3rd time buying a house, and I can say this has been the best experience. He had so much insight to share. Answered all my questions quickly and in depth.
