This was my first time buying a house and I know a lot of people who have bought them. Talk about hitting the lottery with Larry. This guy is amazing and made this process so easy. The communication, professionalism and just the share knowledge of the market. His negotiation skills are awesome. I was skeptical at first because of all the bad juju I have heard about realtors. Larry is not that type and just wants to make you comfortable and understand the process. I am only speaking on my experience with Larry and I will 100 percent use him again when that time is ready.
