Nancy was a pleasure work with during this stressful process from touring to closing on my new property. She was always available and had answers to many of my questions. She set all the tours/meetings of properties and was with me at every step of this process. Nancy had a great attitude towards any issue and took care of my family and I. She was extremely well researched in the markets in which we were selling and buying and the pricing targets she recommended were absolutely on target. Nancy made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the selling process as she arranged and heavily promoted the most gorgeous photos and video obviously to the appropriate market. She was knowledgeable on what we needed to do to prepare and she had useful contacts by way of inspectors lenders and legal representation. On the purchase side she knew what we were looking for and when we identified a property "just to check it out" she was able to set up a showing that same day and met us nearly 40 miles away to tour with us. She has a wonderful way of interacting with people on all sides - she is honest and composed knowledgeable and trustworthy. We felt comfortable with the entire process and she kept us informed and on track. The neighbors we left behind were even singing her praises as the opinion is that she "set the bar"!

We had worked with another agent before her who did not provide us with the support to make a competitive offer in a sellers market. She taught us a lot about the process and always took into consideration what our goals and intentions for the property were. She connected us with a great team once the offer was accepted that allowed us to have a minimally stressful buying process despite having some hiccups along the way.
