We interviewed 3 realtors; Aaron was the only one who collected specifics about our house prior to our first meeting and came prepared with a professional presentation with comparables and a market value analysis for the home we were selling. We went in blind, being this is our first home purchase. This was a challenging sale and I'm glad I had Brian to help guide me trough rough waters. He stayed perseistant and found the right buyer. His knowledge of how to handle VA assumptions should have been beneficial if only other Omaha realtors were as professional. Truly the lack of professionalism with other realtors is shameful.
