Sarai is a wonderful agent! We have used her twice now once for purchase and once for selling of our home. If their is a hiccup she is on it to get it fixed and keep us notified or informed of everything a long the way! I highly recommend her and will use her again in the future.

They are very knowledgeable, available to us right away. Only had a short time to find a home. Made everything easy for us, due to we live in another state. Would highly recommend them.

Shannon and Mary Lou were awesome to work with. They both communicated well with me. They worked hard trying to sell the house. They were both very professional and kind. I would recommend and use them both in the future!

Lisa was very patient with us. We wanted to wait for our home near Houston to sale before we made any offers. We ended up looking for a few months before the closing of our Texas home. While we were looking at homes she knew the history of the homes including the original contractor. Lisa is strikingly astute with carpentry to boot. Very professional and well put together with those fabulous nails. Her incite with knitty gritty transactions and doins’ with other realtors made us feel comfortable and in the best care.

This group is very good from explaining what is next and what needs to be done

I reside in Washington state so selling my Utah home from 800 miles away could have left me a stress case. Kristina took such care of me and then some, guiding me through listing price, keeping me current on showings, selling items still at the house, and making sure the vacant house was checked on regularly. I highly recommend Kristina! She will go to bat for you!

Kristina is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. She always makes time for any questions you may have. Kristina even took time out of her day to assist with painting and cleaning. If she noticed anything that could help sell our house, she wasn’t afraid to enlist the help of her husband and children to get the task done. My wife and I can honestly say that Kristina earned every penny of her commission. While we hope we never need her services to sell another house, if we do, Kristina will be the first person we call. Thank you, Kristina, for all your hard work!

She was the real deal. Helped through our highs and lows. Took action to help us every time the lender needed another condition. She was more help than she will ever know.
