My situation was quite unique, but Amanda was very understanding and helpful in every way. She kept me informed continually and helped me get the best price for my home I could. She has an extremely pleasant personality and handles stress and difficult situations with a positive attitude and demeanor which put me at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is also very professional, dedicated to her clients, and willing to go the extra mile!

Friendly and energetic, willing to help
It was good, she was willing to help find the septic tank and replaced the sliding glass window that I broke. Thanks Amanda!

First Listing
We were Valerie's first listing clients. There were a few glitches along the way, some due to inexperience. However, Valerie was very diligent and made corrections and stayed on top of things to complete the sale. Valerie is pleasant to work with and has the heart of a good realtor.
