Jeff is truly amazing! I was a first time homebuyer and had no idea what I was doing and felt very nervous about the whole process going into it. Jeff’s knowledge of the market is incredible. He was able to quickly find several options that worked for me and my needs and wants as well as what I could afford. I had to make a very quick decision and felt completely overwhelmed. He was more than willing to promptly answer every text or phone call as I tried to figure out if this was the best option for me. He answered every question every step of the way and helped me understand exactly what was going on. His amazing attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional communication ended up saving me quite a bit of money and getting an unbeatable interest rate. Jeff put me at ease through the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was confident in my decision. He was realistic with expectations and nothing but encouraging and so kind.
