Working with Stephanie has been an absolute pleasure. She has an incredible ability to make people feel comfortable in what could be a daunting process. She is also extremely knowledgeable about everything pertaining to real estate which allows her clients to get the most out of any deal. I would personally never use any other Real Estate Agent in the State of Utah and/or surrounding states.

Tiffany is so amazing at what she does. She was very patient with us during our search for the perfect home. I couldn’t be happier with choosing her to help guide us through this process. Her knowledge and understanding of the housing market is top notch! I highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Exceptional Service and Unwavering Dedication! I cannot recommend Tiffany highly enough! From the very beginning of what turned out to be an incredibly complex, long, and challenging transaction, Tiffany was a true advocate for us. Her professionalism, expertise, and unwavering commitment to our needs made all the difference in getting this deal across the finish line. Throughout the entire process, Tiffany demonstrated exceptional communication skills, keeping us informed at every turn and providing clear guidance when obstacles arose. No matter how complicated the situation became, she remained calm, resourceful, and determined to protect our best interests. What impressed me most was her ability to negotiate and fight for everything we wanted, never backing down and always having our back. Her persistence, strategic thinking, and attention to detail gave us confidence that we were in the best hands possible. Thanks to Tiffany, we successfully closed the deal, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who will go above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend Tiffany Conorich. She truly is the best in the business!

I had to sell my home under very trying circumstances. Right from the start I could feel a sense of dedication and commitment. This led me to choosing them over all other agents I was considering. They are very responsive and available. They communicated with me the options and strategies of selling my unique mountain jumbo home all along the process. They are very personable but very thorough and professional. I felt like I was their only client when I needed them the most. They go above and beyond and you will feel their care and support all along the way. I give them the highest of ratings having had a great experience with them. You will too.

Not only did Tiff stage my house so beauty that I didn't recognize it but she found a buyer within days after the one and only open house! Tiff let me know from the start what to expect and it went smoothly and perfectly! She's the best of the bestest!

Donna was amazing as the listing agent of my investment property in Rose Park. I was not in town to handle any of the many logistics regarding this sale, but Donna went above and beyond to help me prep the home for sale and keep the vacant home safe. She is an A+ realtor and I would definitely use her again for any transaction in the future in the Salt Lake City area!

I felt like Tiff became a great friend during this process. She was always available, always communicating and always looking out for me. She had an answer to everything and if not she didn't stop until she found one! Amazing experience, I'm glad to have had the chance to work with her

This review is personal, as we have known Megan since she was small. We chose her because of our familiarity and knew she would treat us the same as she would her own mom and dad. Megan went way beyond our expectations. Her communication skills and follow-up were perfect. It is not a good experience when you have to constantly follow up with people, but this never happened with her. She was also very helpful in finding us a top notch couple in Las Vegas to help us find our new home . We had a successful sale of our home that we have lived in for 35 years, and found a beautiful forever home for our future. We will miss you as a neighbor and want to thank you for taking such good care of us!

Donna's lengthy professional experience helped us navigate a tough fluctuating market. Her market assessment of our home, accurate price point, tasteful interior staging, and sales promotions are some accolades we give her. Her experience helped us navigate many pre-sales issues we had to consider such as property cleaning, presentation, and liquidating items we no longer needed. Her professional insights enabled clear discussions about received offers, inspections reports, and closing processes. A COMPLETELY positive experience from beginning to the end. Our market exposure was far shorter than MLS standard and our final sales price higher than original list price. Building a relationship with a great agent and her team is key. Starting with Donna Rudzik was our best move!
