We even ended up in a little bidding war, receiving an offer higher than we had expected, all in less than two weeks on the market! Donna helped us through negotiations after inspection found issues that required a concession, offering careful and thoughtful advice throughout. Tiffany made our first time buyer experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. She gave us amazing insights on the areas we were looking at in the beginning which really helped us narrow down our options. She was very accommodating to both of our schedules while getting us in to see houses, and communicated very clearly through the whole process. When it came time to place an offer on our home, she made sure we knew exactly what it was we were offering, and kept us updated over the next few days as the offer was reviewed/responded to. We landed a really great deal and could not be happier with the whole situation. Tiffany also got us set up with a fantastic lender and home inspector, who were both so informative and easy to work with. Our experience with Joan could not have gone better. We were in the midst of having to sell our mother’s home of 35 years which was so obviously her style and held amazing family memories. With a fresh coat of paint and some staging it was converted into a home that others could envision their lives and resulted in multiple offers the first weekend on the market. Tiff was the best agent I have ever worked with selling a home. She staged the house perfectly, pictures were amazing, really listened to what I needed for my situation and negotiated for my best interests. I was out of state during this process and had a family member leaving in the house I was selling.
