We could not have asked for a better Agent. Betty made our experience so stress free and easy. We had many questions and she never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She was quick to return every email, text or phone call. She made us a priority. She explained everything in layman terms. Betty made sure we were aware of every correspondence she sent. She went line by line explaining every document she sent us. She did all the footwork for us. She went above and beyond making us feel comfortable with every aspect of purchasing our new home. Betty knows the market in and out. She kept me up to date so as I was able to compete with the market and my house sold quickly. There was issues that had to be addressed concerning the house and she addressed them promptly. I can say slacking on her end is not a factor. She goes above and beyond to help in anyway she can.
