Carol made our home buying experience so pleasant. We were not completely "ready" to buy, but we found the house we wanted, and she worked so hard to make it happen for us. She was able to recommend lenders, insurance and inspectors who all offered us better deals/coverage than our 1st choices. Our house was listed As Is, but she still went to bat for us and got concessions for a few small issues that were discovered by our inspector. She was so patient and spent a lot of time explaining all our options and allowed us space to make good decisions, while still acting aggressively on our behalf and helping us land the house we wanted, at a fair price. I couldn't imagine going through this process without Carol. And the help didn't end with the closing. She continues to be available and helps us navigate our HOA and utility questions. My wife and I met Brittney at an open house when we were just starting our home search. We immediately liked her and both had a feeling she would be a great realtor for us. After a few days we decided to hire Brittney as our realtor and get started on finding a new home. She immediately got involved and spoke to us regarding our must haves and new home criteria. I think in total we saw a little over 20 homes before ultimately deciding on the one we purchased. I was a first time home buyer and had tried working with other realtors but they were never able to work with me. Matt was able to take the time and really listen to what I was working for, and never felt pressured to look at something I wasn't interested in. He was able to walk me through the process, and answer any and all questions I had, no matter how many times I asked them. Him and his wife were willing to meet with us in the evenings and on the weekend, accommodating us with our busy schedule. I reached out to Zil when I decided last minute I wanted to sell my house and move to a completely different state. I was actually working with another realtor when I found Zil and before I signed any paperwork I had Zil come over and explain things to me in her words and I knew after that she knew what she was doing and this was the right person I found to sell my house. She came with all the knowledge and the numbers and made me feel confident with my asking price. The house was only on the market for 6 days before it sold!
