When we decided to put our house on the market, we were inundated with requests from agents wanting to handle the sale. We told all of them that we already had the best agent in the state. Eloise is the only person I would work with. She is now handling the sale of our house and we have no doubt that it will be a seamless process. Matt, for 40 years I have trained hundreds of sale representatives, telling them how important follow-up and customer service is to success. You exceeded what Joeanne and I would expect. You listened to our needs and helped us find our dream home. You and Eloise were easy to work with and didn't mind our sometimes direct opinion about some of the homes you showed us. You kept trying and finally you succeeded. You both have been helpful beyond what one would expect. You never said you couldn’t do it. We needed a landscaper and you found us one, along with the 30 other contractors. You went from real estate agents to friends. I would recommend you with a 'both thumbs up'. It has been a pleasure working with Rick to find and purchase our retirement home in Charlotte, NC. We live in Ohio so buying a home in North Carolina presented some challenges but Rick was always there to help us with any questions or concern we had. He was always willing to take a video of any properties that we were interested in and gave us a detailed and honest description of the properties condition. Rick went above and beyond as our realtor and made the process as easy as possible for my wife and I. One example of going above and beyond is how Rick was able to get us a home warranty as part of the purchase to be paid for by the seller which is something we would have never thought of. My wife and I couldn't have asked for more from a realtor and would definitely use Rick again in the future to buy or sell a property. I have worked with over 12 realtors over the years , a handfull were quite good , but Rick is heads and tails above any other I have worked with .If he was busy when I called , he got back to me very fast .He soon got a feel for what we wanted ,and searched out those homes. As an out of town buyer , he was quick to seek out answers to any question we had , and he even contacted contractors to get cost estimates for things that we felt need done to the home in question . He is hard working and diligent at what he does . I HIGHLY recommend him.
