Matt Morano is personable and works diligently to ensure that your home has the best advertisement to spark lots of interest. Even during a pandemic we had 16 showings and five offers within a day! We accepted an offer that was $5000 over asking by the end of the first day of showings! Matt did an excellent job with marketing our home.
