Patrizia worked with us for several months, while we looked for a home in Phoenix. She was always quickly responsive to our requests to see a particular house, and came prepared with all available information from the selling broker and her databases. It is a strange market in Phoenix right now, and we had 3 different offers rejected (even above asking), until we finally found the right one. Highly recommend her!
