Darin was great to work with- he understood exactly what I was looking for and didn’t bother me with anything that didn’t fit my narrow criteria. When the right property finally came along, he moved quickly for me- getting an offer in the same day it was listed. He visited and photographed the property for me because I was purchasing from out of state, making me feel much more confident about the purchase. He explained the portions of contracts that I needed help with, and overall made an excellent agent

Kathaleen Patterson is the hardest working realtor I’ve ever worked with. She worked very closely with my lender to find the right property for me. Her knowledge of available properties in appropriate neighborhoods was amazing! Kathaleen treated me as if I were her only client! Trevor's patience with all my needs and questions, along with his quick feedback, made the process smooth and stress-free. Trevor efficiently scheduled appointments for the showing, inspections, and final walkthrough with the listing agent, accommodating our tight schedules. Working with Curtis on the sale of this home was wonderful. Not only is Curtis always kind, personable, and knowledgeable but he made the sale of this home low-stress. He provided a thorough and honest assessment of the property, had everything professionally photographed and listed as we discussed. His proactive nature and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and efficient. Ultimately, the home sold and closed much quicker than expected and I cannot imagine working with anyone else on the sale of a home. This is the 4th time that we've worked with Curtis on a sale and each time we have had a wonderful experience.
