Selling a house is never fun.....especially when you have young kids. But I will have to say that Brandon Trowbridge is easily the best realtor that I've ever worked with. And that includes at least five different realtors in the last 12 years. From the very early planning stages to the final signing appointment Brandon was involved, keeping us informed and providing advice. Our situation was a little unique in that not only did we want the best possible sales price, but we also wanted the flexibility of staying in our house for a few weeks after the sale completed. We didn't want to move twice and we wanted time to get our new house ready for move-in. Finally, we wanted to show our house as few times as possible as getting ready for showings is always a challenge with kids. So what happened?
