I was clueless on the whole idea of what to do to sell a house. Erica was awesome in detailing everything we needed to do from how to determine market value, prepare the house to show and everything need for the final closing. She did a great job of researching the area to determine the optimum price to put it on the market. She answered every question ( and I had a lot ), kept in touch with us to keep us informed as to what was happening and when, handled all our requests of the buyer and their agent and did all of this with true professionalism. Aaron is a rare combination of phenomenal customer service, excellent negotiating abilities, and unparalleled real estate knowledge. He answered his phone at any hour of the day to address my concerns and skillfully guided me through several counter offers. Aaron is a natural when it comes to negotiations and I truly believe that if I had gone with any other realtor I would have ended up paying substantially more, whether that means repairs that he was able to get included, fees paid that normally the seller would pay, or actual hard cash off the selling price. Once the home was mine he has a Rolodex of excellent referrals for any renovation work that I wanted completed- from taking out load bearing walls through electrical work, drywall repair, and professional painting.
