Wonderful Experience working with Erica!
We had an amazing experience working with Erica. She was so knowledgeable about the market and cared about what we wanted and helped us find the perfect home. She was always willing and happy to answer our questions, no matter how silly they were and she helped us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Knowledgeable, Dedicated, and Results Driven...
I recently worked with Erica Chouinard on the sale of my parents’ home as part of settling their estate, where I served as the personal representative. This was not a straightforward transaction, and Erica went above and beyond every step of the way. We had previously worked with Erica through Richmond Homes when purchasing our current home in 2015, so I already knew her to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. Once again, she exceeded expectations. She provided invaluable resources, including connecting me with an appraiser who could handle a retrospective valuation, which was essential since my father passed in 2015. Erica spent many hours helping me determine the right pricing strategy and patiently answered my many questions, including discussions around whether to renovate or sell the home as-is. Her guidance was thoughtful, data-driven, and always aligned with my goals. The end result exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier with how the sale turned out. I would absolutely work with Erica again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive realtor.

Erica was outstanding, compassionate, professional and genuinely supportive in selling our home.
Erica is an expert in the real estate market in Denver. She priced our home perfectly. She was available at all times throughout the process and gave excellent advice and referred us to those we needed to get things done to sell the house quickly and at full price. Our Purchase Was Successful Because of Realtor Suzy Mills
Due to HVAC (2 air conditioners) not working on a condo purchase in Scottsdale, AZ the sale had to be carefully negotiated as the sellers were profit driven and not actually concerned about the issue. With Suzy being an expert at guiding real estate transactions after a couple decades in the field, both the sellers and ourselves came to a happy agreement in price and other details.

Demonstrated strong market knowledge suggesting when to list that seemed uncharacteristic at first but ended up being right on. Very responsive with both texts and emails. Always replied that our message was received. Suggested next steps. Explained the process to us in a way that we could understand. Explained the pricing structure well. Great network of referrals for necessary services.

We worked with Rike and team to both buy and sell our house. Not only was he a rockstar during the buying process - and probably the #1 reason we got the house - he was helpful during the selling process. He guided us through the ins and outs of selling and at the end of the day, our house was only on the market for 24 hours before we were under contract.
