Great communication and responsive
Jill always picked up the phone when we called and responded to our texts very promptly. I’m past experiences this was always a problem. Jill keep this level of communication up through the purchase of our new house and sale of our old house.

An exceptional agent who has your best interest at heart
Working with Nathaly was a great experience from start to finish. My husband hired her to help us find our perfect-for-us investment property in Tempe, AZ. We worked together for about 3 months and throughout the whole time I would say the qualities that stood out with Nathaly were her responsiveness and giving us the feeling that she had our best interest at heart. It was so refreshing to work with an agent who was able to show us properties promptly and also did not try and gaslight me when I expressed concerns or decided the property was not the right fit. You want to feel supported and not "sold to" when making one of the biggest biggest financial investments you will ever make in your life. When we put an offer in on one house we thought was great, the inspection made us realize it would have been a nightmare to renovate. Instead of trying to pitch all the reasons to convince us to stick with that property, Nathaly fully agreed with us and supported our decision to walk away. Her response was "there will be an even better house around the corner" and literally she was right! We did find our ideal rental house that was even better and was a few blocks away. We ended up buying that house, which was for Sale by Owner. I have learned it's no easy feat when dealing with an owner directly, yet Nat was such a great sport and took it all in stride. There was lots of back and forth to get us under contract and Nat made it happen beautifully. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience feel stress free and "meant to be" and we are now in love with our acquisition. My husband and I both highly recommend working with Nathaly and would work with her again!

Maggie is a very helpful professional
Maggie went thru her efforts with great knowledge in explaining all my questions in the legal documents. In addition to emails, she would call me to guide me thru the challenging parts of the process. As a foreigner owning a property, I was a bit worried in the beginning but Maggie relieved me of even the smallest worries by arranging time suiting me the best. I would definitely come back to Maggie regarding my next possible transaction.
