Erica is the best! She knew what we wanted and was able to get us into our new home. She convinced the seller and the agent to take a contingent offer. She had confidence in us that we would have the house ready to put on the market and have it ready for an open house by the next weekend. We sold it at that open house!! Erica was very prompt with her feedback and kept us informed every step of the way. She definitely kept us in the loop. She had answers and clarification for all our questions and concerns.
