Erin was thoroughly professional and charming in her relationship with us. Everything about her attitude and actions expressed the goal, "I will sell your house and you will be pleased!" We believed in her from the beginning of the relationship. At our initial meeting we discussed the local (Henderson) realtor's theory that open houses are a waste of time; she quashed that notion very quickly. It turned out that one of her open houses on a Sunday opened the door to the eventual buyer. The advice and predictions throughout the seven months she had the listing turned out to be spot on. And, she kept us encouraged; this house was a challenge to sell. We only wish that she could have been the lister and seller as well; she earned that right!

My sister in law referred Karen to us and she is a remarkable realtor. I was looking for a very particular kind of house, an Azalea district remodel with certain features. Karen did an excellent job sending me possibilities - broad enough that I could decide for myself if it worked but narrow enough that I wasn’t wading through a bunch of houses that didn’t interest me. On showings she gave me space to look but always had helpful answers to my questions. Her recommendations for home inspector and subsequent repair professionals were excellent. When we get ready to move on from this house I will list it with Karen and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

We had located several lake properties that we were interested in purchasing. After several weeks of no response from several different realtors and our local realtor also not getting any response, I randomly called Coldwell Banker. Erin called me back within minutes of my phone call. She handled our real estate transaction in a very professional manner, kept in constant contact with us and we only had one surprise! Our surprise was that in a walk through of the property we discovered the previous owner had left a fair amount of her belongings. Erin immediately contacted the seller's realtor to remedy the situation. Both realtors even offered to clean out the house! When we decide to upgrade our lake property, Erin will be the one we call!
