We had located several lake properties that we were interested in purchasing. After several weeks of no response from several different realtors and our local realtor also not getting any response, I randomly called Coldwell Banker. Erin called me back within minutes of my phone call. She handled our real estate transaction in a very professional manner, kept in constant contact with us and we only had one surprise! Our surprise was that in a walk through of the property we discovered the previous owner had left a fair amount of her belongings. Erin immediately contacted the seller's realtor to remedy the situation. Both realtors even offered to clean out the house! When we decide to upgrade our lake property, Erin will be the one we call!

Jonathan was professional, courteous, and laid back there was no pressure to hasten our decisions. He supplied suggestions that were on point, and pointed out factors that were pertinent and was available when we had questions. He has a network of referrals available such as mortgage arrangements and inspectors.. We enjoyed getting to know him a little and our buying experience in a new area was pleasant. He suggested based on the attitude of the sellers that they were not going to accommodate our initial offers and he was correct.. He is a nice person who tells you the truth. He is in this field for the long run and will garner our referrals for his excellent service.
