After telling him what I was looking for and the budget I was able to spend, he got right on it and found the perfect house for me in a few short days. I had a lot of questions and concerns and he answered right back and answered everything with great satisfaction. If was even able and willing to negotiate the price down to where I wanted it and even helped me with finding the best loan officer, inspection and termite guy. Could not be happier.
