Charlie is great to work with. He helped sell my house, and quickly found me the house I wanted to buy and made the entire process as smooth as possible. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled on time. He's easily accessible and kept in touch regularly throughout the entire deal and responded quickly to calls and texts.
