We started out trying to sell our house on our own. After about 100 calls and emails it became overwhelming. We met reba cole during a showing and instantly knew she was honest and the person we needed on our team. We walked away with a substantial amount of money above our original asking price because of reba's knowledge how quick she made things happen. To qualify the review, my wife and I have both purchased and sold previous properties through other real estate agents and have now purchased 2 properties and investigated the rental market with Reba. This review draws from our previous experience as well as now several years working with Reba. She's an exceptional real estate agent. She has an infectious energy that seems to positively impact all those involved in the deal. She always has a laugh or smile to share while also possessing the poise and knowledge to be serious and take care of the complex and difficult business when required. We never felt stupid asking questions, as she's incredibly down to earth, but again complements that with a sharp wit and deep knowledge of the local Real Estate market. She generously made herself available to us as we both have hectic schedules, and we never felt like we were bothering her. She always answers questions promptly and solved any issues that arose above and beyond our satisfaction. We don't plan to use another realtor again unless she moves away or stops doing Real Estate.
