Reba Cole is a one-of-a-kind individual, her positive personality is infectious and warm to be around. Her professionalism showed when she broke down all the rules and guidelines that were in place when using a VA loan. We moved to Charleston, South Carolina from Germany due to serving in the military. We didn't meet in person for about 6 months, but that didn't stop her from working to find us a home. Her communication skills really showed when we were living in Germany because she would only call when it was convenient for us and not always her. The more we talked the more she really understood what we were really looking for in a home. She has a very extensive knowledge of the Charleston county area allowing her to tailor the search for a new home down quite a bit. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is either looking to purchase a home or planning on selling their home. My home sold on the very first day. Chris was awesome! This was our first home we’ve ever purchased and we were very nervous about the process and how to navigate this crazy market. Chris was through, organized, and on top of things through the whole process. The home we bought was actually one he found, not us, proving that he took the time to get to know us as clients and what we were looking for in a home. He was great at explaining to us what was going on and how to proceed once we were under contract. When it came time to negotiate Chris fought hard for us and we actually save some money along the way.
