When we finally made an offer it was a debacle from the word go with the lender. Then add the VA loan on top of that. “I’ve never seen anything like this in my 25 years of Realty” he told us. If something could go sideways, it did. It took 84 days to sign. The lender, Summit Mortgage was horrid at every turn! Brian went above & beyond, taking & making calls after hours to keep us on the same page, to make sure we got our dream house, even on days we wanted to give up & start over.
