Poor Tracy had to endure Devin and I for 3 years looking for a home. We were all over the place with price, land, location, rooms etc. I cant tell you how many homes we looked at over the years with her, and she always remained positive. I would send random text with photos at all hours and she always came back with information on the listings immediately. We began our search casually searching through Zillow one afternoon. Brian was quick to reach out, friendly, and encouraged us to meet up for some showings even though it was an hour away and already late. After 3 or 4 weekends and hours on the road looking all around WNC, we had built a strong bond and stumbled upon our dream home. However, hours before closing, the home was affected by hurricane Helene to tune of around $80k in damages. His friends and family were affected as well, while he was making nonstop trips to Boone with supplies, he began to guide us through the process of making contact with the relevant parties, extending the contract. For the next 8 months he guided us through the dos and don'ts, and unheard of creative negotiations with the seller, bank, and closing attorney to repair the damage and find an equitable solution for all parties. Brian was key to securing our new and improved dream home, and will always be a part of this home and friend to us

I’ve been working with Brian for 3 years now. He’s sold me land and sold my land. Brian will walk the same tract of land ten times for you, get an allergic reaction to poison ivy, and have to go to the ED for steroids shots, then go back for more. He’s relentless in the cause of selling land or homes. He’ll do whatever he needs to do. If your neighbor won’t clean up their yard and it’s damaging your property’s value, he will offer to go out there and pick up and haul off the trash for the neighbor if they’ll let him. He’ll stay up all night, wake up early the next day, hound lenders on the phone who are dragging their feet for months to get you to closing. He’s even going to Washington DC to talk either the Senator about drafting a bill to stop lenders from being able to ignore closing dates. The man is a freight train. He’s got connections in every facet of society, and is beloved of the community. I’d vote for him for president but he isn’t interested, so I’ll just leave this review. Seriously, I can’t stress this enough. Brian is the realtor you want. When we are ready to buy again, we will be going back through him.

We used Casey West to represent us in both purchasing our current home and then selling our old home. Casey was amazing throughout both transactions, she was very knowledgeable, explained every step of the process as we navigated the real estate world and unknown territory. She worked extremely hard, making sure no detail was missed. I think it's very common to have bumps in the road anytime someone is buying or selling a home, which we did have, but Casey was able to work through any challenges that arouse and make the whole process seam easy and seamless. Casey represented us in person throughout the entire process; at every showing, inspection, and walk thru, in order to make sure we were getting the best deal and also to provide answers to any questions we had. On the selling side, she did an excellent job listing our home using numerous photos and videos, sharing these regularly on social media, which undoubtedly helped in selling our home. Casey is very personable, easy to talk to, and was available at all times. She stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to obtain answers to every one of our questions. I am thrilled that we chose Casey and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. She was amazing through both the buying and selling of our properties.
