I tend to be weary of unknown real estate agents, however, it only took a minute to know that Jeff was a person of integrity and honesty. He was an incredible asset in help my wife and I understand the property and the process to assure we would be able to access and utilize the land we were purchasing. He connected with neighbors, surveyors, utility companies and legal organization to make sure we had everything confirmed and organized before closing. Mark Little was our advocate at every step of the process. We knew next to nothing about buying a house, but he helped us understand our options without feeling talked down to. Because of Mark, we could make informed decisions. He also gave us great recommendations for inspectors, contractors, etc. When a problem at closing made it look like we may not have a place to stay, he even offered to let us stay at his place.
