Stepping out of my car to view a house my realtor at the time could not show me, I met James Travis Fain. He introduced himself and then he stated, I am obligated to tell you that FHA will not approve your loan and I'm sure any Conventional loan would not approve the loan for this house! My realtor didn't seem to think anything was wrong, and after viewing she was wrong about everything, I fired her and hired James Travis Fain. I trusted James who goes by Travis. He showed several houses, answered all my questions, answered my texts, emails very promptly and stated he would make himself available to me to view any house on any day including holidays! Travis is so honest in giving advice, he is so easy to talk to, so friendly, very professional and giving all important information needed to buy a house! Travis referred many lenders, and insurance for homeowners and allowed me to choose! He went through all due process from start to finish with me...and again I cannot stress how knowledgeable Travis is, and how much my Son and I trusted what Travis told us! Travis met with the Home Inspection guy as I could not and they were both on the line when Travis called and walked me through any rough spots. We took Travis' opinion on what we should ask to be fixed as again we trusted him! Travis texted and advised of appraisal date and when it was received. He texted approximate date of close and Travis sent many reminders during the process reminding me of important dates to note! I worked in Communications for 42 years and instructed many classes on how to treat a customer......James Travis Fain exceeded every aspect of how to treat a client! Brandon helped us purchase our very first home this month. We endured so many set-backs that were out of our control as well as Brandon’s, but Brandon went to WAR for us. He used all of his skills and all of his knowledge to ensure that we got the home that we wanted. The first time we met, Brandon said, “if this is the house y’all want, then I am going to make sure you get it”. He did that and more. He walked us through each step of the process, gave advice, calmed us down many times, and got us the home. You can tell that Brandon truly cares for his clients and wants to secure them the best all around deal. Being our first home, we had all the questions in the world. We were terrified of the unknown, but Brandon took a generous amount of time helping us through everything. Even though we don’t want to endure the home buying process again anytime soon, we are sincerely going to miss working with Brandon. This is a realtor that everybody needs. My husband and I first met Mr. Benge when we filled out an online request to view a home. He was the first to respond and met us the same day. The home we viewed was not to our liking but Mr. Benge was great. We decided that he would be our realtor when it was time for us to sell some property. From the start he was very attentive, patient, and helpful. True to our first meeting he is quick to respond but he is also knowledgeable without being pushy and always willing help. Mr. Benge will be our realtor from now on!

By far the best experience I have ever had with a realtor he is very helpful in knowing the knowledge about a house good and bad and dose a great job of helping you out through out the entire process making things a lot less stressful very nice and down to earth and just a great person to work with I would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor.
