My sister recommended him and everything she said was true. He keeps it real, doesn't sugar coat or talk in riddles or difficult to understand jargon, which is great since we were first time home buyers and we don't really know all the things. And he truly wanted to help us find the right house, not just a house so he could get paid. He worked with our strange schedules and was happy to go look at dozens of houses with us even after we started to decide against the first house we loved and were thinking about making an offer on. He's not going to let you move into a house that he wouldn't move into himself. So even those houses that looked great to us, he showed us what we couldn't see. And he was just about as happy as we were when we decided on our house and when we made an offer and when we signed. And even though we've signed and he's gotten paid, he is still checking in with us to make sure all is still going well with this new journey we're on.

William (Brandon) is a no nonsense down to earth individual that made the home buying process a breeze. I was recommended Brandon through Cristie at Horizon of NC in Reidsville, NC (shout out to the T.E.A.M. over there!) and he went above and beyond. Upon initially speaking with him he provided a brief rundown of how he handles the process top to bottom and he definitely doesn't beat around the bush. After meeting him at his office he provided clear and concise explanations of what each step meant in layman's terms and how they were going to be handled. He was always willing to answer questions no matter the simplicity nor complexity and would help address any concerns had at any time. We proceeded to scout out a few properties together and once one was chosen the rest of the process could not have gone smoother!
