William “ Brandon” was wonderful. So glad I chose him as my realtor. He told me what I should list my home for once on market. He made suggestions as to staging and any repairs needed to my home before listing. Once ready, he put a listing up as “ coming soon” and used a great photographer. This allowed interested buyers to make appointments once it was put on the market. The following week, he listed it on the market for sale. I had several buyers making appointments. I received an offer the very first day within 5 hours for the asking price!! I would highly recommend William “ Brandon” . You won’t be disappointed!!
