Traci was an absolute pleasure! She is a concierge realtor from start to finish. We called her out of the blue just to get some information about the area . We live in Georgia and we were looking for a 2nd home. We only had a couple of weekend to go look. She preview most of the homes for us knowing what we were looking for so time was not wasted. Traci worked diligently on our home search from start to finish. She had all the contacts for various contractors I needed and stayed on top of all the inspections for closing. She even scheduled estimates and handled the meetings and obtaining estimates on my behalf. That alone saved me a lot of time and trouble as I live several hours away.
